stayed for 4 nights, but the funicular to our villa was out of service and my butler barely acknowledged us, I expected at least some basic conversation. I also wish they’d provide better breakfast options instead of what felt like leftovers from a roadside shack. honestly, I almost considered a better rating but just couldn’t.

The butler service was incredibly attentive, ensuring all my needs were met, which added a personal touch to my stay.

Had an awesome time at the villa with the best massages and a terrific outdoor bar right by the pool. The spa services were top-notch and so relaxing, making my stay even better. Only downside was the breakfast options could’ve been a bit lighter—it was mostly heavy dishes. 🌴

I had a wonderful stay in a spacious room beautifully decorated with a Nespresso machine and a thoughtful butler bringing me sweet treats each night, making my experience feel extra special. plus, the hotel is conveniently located just a few steps from Caalan Beach and less than a 10-minute walk from a variety of dining options like Altrove and Bacuit Grill, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy local flavors.

Staff were great. our butler Hanah was attentive. Wi-Fi was spotty, which was frustrating.
